I cut out the bird using Pool Party Cardstock and covered it with the new White Waffle Paper to give it some texture. Then I embellished one wing with the Adorning Accents Hearts Embossing Folder. I embossed both wings with Iridescent Ice Stampin’ Emboss Powder. Around the bird’s neck I hung a Trinket Heart that contains a “Be Mine” sentiment from the Sale-A-Bration Outlined Occasions Stamp Set (126016). It is difficult to see as I added Crystal Effects, which sometimes distorts lettering. Maybe the picture below will give you a better view. And the next picture shows the added hearts onto the bird’s tail features (did you notice that?).
The tiny hearts are from what remains as cutouts after using the Pinking Heart Border Punch. I thought why waste them, so I added them here and there on the card. If you enjoyed the card, please leave a comment.
