Make It Crafty Neve

Make It Crafty Neve

Do you struggle with coloring with Copic Sketch Markers?  I sure do!  I have had a couple of classes but I still struggle.  However, I was determined to make this beautiful card by using Copic Sketch Markers and two digital stamps – Make It Crafty Neve and Make It Crafty Winter Hills Scene.

My card is for Mary’s color challenge on Splitcoaststampers.  The color combination for the challenge is Real Red, Cucumber Crush, and Marina Mist.  Her desert is Christmas.  I love this color combination, and it is perfect for Christmas!

Ephesians 2:8

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast.”

The above photo provides a closer view of Miss Neve.  I found her and the winter background scene (two digital images) on the Make It Crafty site. I found a card made with them by a Andrea T.. I fell in love with the images and Andrea’s card, and had to CASE it.  You can see her beautiful work in her gallery HERE.

Our cards are very similar; however, I used different colors of green, red, and gray, and my sky is colored with a copic that closely relates to Marina Mist.  Her fence is colored in light browns and mine in soft grays.  Also, I used different DSP and card stock, and I covered the scene more heavily with “snow”.

I so appreciate you stopping by and letting me know your thoughts about this card! Thank you!
