Vera Bradley Inspiration Art Butterfly Card
Welcome, and thanks for stopping by to view my Vera Bradley Inspiration Art Butterfly Card! Each Saturday on Splitcoaststampers.com, there is an inspiration challenge where a hostess selects a website from which challenge participants can draw inspiration for a card. Last Saturday the hostess selected a fantastic and fashionable website (i.e., Vera Bradley) for her Inspiration Challenge. When I visited the site, I immediately saw a butterfly pattern that would be my inspiration piece. This travel bag was the inspiration for my Vera Bradley Inspiration Art Butterfly Card.
1 Timothy 2:5
“For there is one God and one mediator between God and human beings, Christ Jesus, himself human.”
The colorful circle burst on the center of the card front represents the inside of the Vera Bradley travel bag, and the butterflies represent the butterflies on the outside of the bag.
In the center of the card is a beautiful circular butterfly and flowers piece of HFC Butterfly Dreams designer paper. On top of the butterfly is an identical glossy accented butterfly that I fussy cut and attached over the one on the paper.
I stamped and die cut four additional butterflies from a distress oxide colored panel. I covered those butterflies with Clear Wink of Stella.
To finish the card, I added the white embossed sentiment and three crystal drops.
Thank you for stopping by! I hope you return soon!
