Hero Arts My Monthly Kit September 2018

Hero Arts My Monthly Kit September 2018

This week’s color challenge on Splitcoaststampers includes the colors of Stampin’ Up! Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive, and Fresh Fig.  I used the Hero Arts My Monthly Kit September 2018 to create this card for the challenge.  The card features a Chinese Lantern image created with stamps from the kit.

Ephesians 5:15-17 & 19

“Be very careful, then, how you live — not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.  Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is….  Speak to one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs.”

This photo is of the contents of the September Hero Arts My Monthly Kit.  This kit is still available as of the posting, which is quite odd as the kits typically sell out within hours of release.

Here are two additional photos of the card.

I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU STOPPING BY AND LEAVING A COMMENT.  I WILL RETURN YOUR KINDNESS!

COMMENTS WILL BE VISIBLE UPON APPROVAL.

  1. The Chinese lanterns are lovely! Great job with the color challenge. I am surprised to hear that this kit is still in stock. I have only bought one of the Hero Arts kits, but was really happy with that one. I am currently trying NOT to buy anything in the WCMD sales today!

  2. Bev, this is gorgeous, and I love how you’ve used this week’s SCS Color Challenge colors! Beautiful coloring and a wonderful layout with the stitched dies and the colors on the sides. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful Scripture passage! Love you dearly and sending hugs!! xoxo

  3. SO PRETTY, Bev! I’ve admired these kits for sometime & hear they have A LOT of goodies in them! One day, I am going to have to take the plunge! LOL GORGEOUS CARD & I also LOVE how you decorated the inside too!!! 😉 SUPERB JOB!!! (((HUGS!)))
