Stampin Up Holiday Decorations Framelits

I have for you today my third card that I made using the Alcohol Ink Baubles Technique.  I made the card using the Stampin Up Holiday Decorations Framelits.  I created the Christmas ornament by applying reds and greens alcohol ink onto a piece of Yupo paper.  I love the effect that is achieved through this process.

I created this card in response to the Splitcoaststampers.com Falliday Fest Tutorial #1 – Alcohol Ink Baubles.

After creating a panel using the alcohol inks, I used the Stampin Up Holiday Decorations Framelits to die cut the ornament.  I used the same framelit to cut out an ornament in gold.  Then I placed the framelit back onto the gold ornament and traced lightly around the outside of it and fussy cut it to create a frame to go around the colorful ornament.

Matthew 12:32

Jesus said:  “Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in his age or in the age to come.”

Next, I cut my white card base and used the Stampin Up Gently Falling Embossing Folder on the front.  I also used a My Favorite Things Wonky Stitched die to emboss, not cut, around the card front.  I attached the ornament and frame onto the card base.

I cut a gold bow using  Our Daily Bread Designs Small Bow dies.  I formed the bow and attached it above the ornament.  Lastly, I added my sentiment.

Tell me what you think of this card!!
