HEARTFELT CREATIONS PETUNIAS BIRTHDAY CARD
Welcome!! I created a gorgeous Heartfelt Creations Petunias Birthday Card today, and want to share it with you. I live in southern Florida and petunias are still in bloom. They are such beautiful flowers especially a pot full of different colors. I had such a large pot with different colors of petunias, and they bloomed and bloomed all summer and fall. They actually continued blooming into the early winter. They were so beautiful. Remembering that gorgeous pot, I created a card that features two different colors of petunias; pink and purple.

To create the card, I cut a 12″ x 6″ piece of white card stock for the card base and scored it 3″ from both ends. I used one of the new Heartfelt Creations Sweetheart Borders Dies to cut both 3″ sides, and to cut two pieces of Heartfelt Creations Classic Petunia Collection designer paper to attach to the panels.
I stamped, die cut, colored, glued, and covered with glitter the Heartfelt Creations HFC) Petunias I made with the HFC large and small Petunia stamps and dies. I also stamped and colored two hummingbirds with the HFC Regal Hummingbird stamps and dies.
I used the Heartfelt Creations Sweetheart Borders Dies to cut two more borders from a different design from the HFC paper and a border for the top center of the card’s inside. I used the same designer paper to cut a 6″ x 6″ piece for the card’s center.
The final steps were to attached the flowers, hummingbirds and other embellishments to the outside of the card and decorate the inside! The photo below is of the card’s inside. I used the HFC Eyelet Hearts Dies to create the hearts, HFC Banners of Love Stamps and Dies for the word “LOVE”, and North Coast Creations Happy Birthday die for the sentiment.
