Sending Love Your Way – Penny Black So Loved
Welcome back!! Today I am “Sending Love Your Way with a Penny Black So Loved Card. I love the Penny Black So Loved stamp set featuring two cats, a dog, and hedgehog; all with valentines! Here is a card I made with the stamp set.
John 17:20-21
Jesus prays for all believers: “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you.”
In addition to the Penny Black So Loved stamp set, I used the Penny Black Hearty Note stamp set, and Penny Black Forever & Always sentiment stamp set to stamp my images onto a piece of X-Press It Blending Card Stock. This card stock is great for copics; however, it has a light gray hue to it. So, if my card seems a little gray, your eyes are not deceiving you.
After stamping the images, I colored them with shades of pink and brown. Each heart is covered with clear Wink of Stella, which shows slightly. I cut a Rose Red panel using Lawn Fawn’s Stitched Rectangle Frames and attached the image panel and frame to a Neenah Solar White card base.

Bev, your creations continue to be amongst my favorites! This little hedgie is so darling, and your coloring and choice of stamp placement, as always, so pleasing to the eye. I love that little dangling heart limb hedgie is gazing at with such rapture!
This is super adorable! I love the verse! Very sweet but not too sappy! Just hope I like it.
I’m pretty sure I have those hearts as as wood block stamp! I’m going to have to go look for it.
