ODBD White As Snow

ODBD White As Snow

Hello, and thanks for stopping by Guneaux Designs.  The Our Daily Bread Designs (ODBD) December release includes the sweetest snowman stamp!  I love cards with snowman(men) images!  When ODBD released the stamp, I knew I had to purchase it. The ODBD White as Snow Snowman stamp is featured on my card share today.

Don’t you agree that he is so cute!!!

Luke 2:4-7 (NIV)

“So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David.  He went there to register [for the census] with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child.  While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her first-born, a son.  She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.”

UPDATE (12-28-17):  The Our Daily Bread Designs selected this card for its Customer Card of the Day!

To create the card, I stamped the beautiful snowman onto a piece of white card stock and colored him/her with copics.  I masked the snowman and added pine trees in the background, snow banks, and the sky.  The card had to have snow falling, so I used a paint brush to splatter copic white paint onto the card.

I am quite happy with the card, and I hope you like it too!

A special thanks to those who leave a comment!
